About Us
Data Access One is a nonprofit Internet Service Provider (ISP) organized to bring affordable Internet access to low-income and underserved communities. We address the problems of digital inequities through a host of programs and services, all purposed to eliminate the Digital Divide.

Affordable Internet Access
Data Access One, (DA1) has received funding to bring high-speed fiber optic broadband to underserved communities in South Baltimore. We partner with the FCC to lower monthly Internet access costs through the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP).

Digital Equity and Inclusion
Data Access One is committed to achieving digital equity in underserved communities. We use Digital Navigators to engage the community and address barriers to access.

Fiber Optic Technician Training
Our efforts to bring high-speed broadband to South Baltimore includes expanding the community workforce with training and certification of new fiber optic technicians.

Social Engagement Portal
To help drive Internet adoption and utilization we launch a social media-based community portal “All About Baltimore”, which becomes the “pathway” to the Internet for the inexperienced users. The portal is under construction.
