

What is it?
The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a U.S. government program offered by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to help low-income households pay for Internet service and connected devices like laptops or tablets.
Steps to enroll

Go to AffordableConnectivity.gov to submit an application or print out a mail-in application.

Contact your preferred participating provider to select a plan and have the discount applied to your bill.
The Benefits
The benefit provides a discount of up to $30 per month toward Internet service for eligible households. Eligible households can also receive a one-time discount of up to $100 to purchase a computer device.

Who is Eligible?
You are likely eligible if your household’s income is below 200% of the Federal Poverty Line, or if you or someone you live with receives a government benefit like SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, WIC, Pell Grant, or Free and Reduced-Price Lunch.
Other no cost plans
Through a separate non-FCC initiative, additional no-cost plans may be available to use with the Affordable Connectivity Program. To learn more, please visit GetInternet.gov.
